AliDagang highly recommends that the buyer communicates with the seller before raising a dispute that leads to a refund or return.
Once the buyer has received the purchase and inspected it, the buyer can raise a dispute before the payment is released to the seller. Payment will only be released once the buyer confirms Purchase Received or when the AliDagang Shopping Validity 14 day period ends.
In the event of a successful dispute claim by the buyer, the shipping fees paid by the buyer will be fully refunded, and the shipping cost will be then charged to the seller.
The refund process will be initiated within two working days, and the money will be refunded to the buyer via the same channel of payment made during the purchase.
Once the return request has been confirmed by the seller or the AliDagang support team:
The buyer will have to pack the item(s) to return and ship it back to the seller within 3 days from the date the return request was approved.
The buyer can ship out the product via any courier company. Please ensure the following details are included:
a) Transaction ID
b) Seller Return Address as indicated by the seller or AliDagang support team
After shipping, immediately email the seller and AliDagang support team the Courier Name, Tracking Number (if any) or Shipment proof.
Do ensure that the buyer ships out the item(s) to be returned within 3 days. If not, the buyer’s return request will be automatically cancelled and the fund will be released to seller.
The following supporting documents may be required as proof of return:
Formal shipping proof i.e. delivery receipt and tracking number (if any)
Photo of the parcel package / information, including details of the seller’s or buyer’s name, contact number, shipping address and stamps
Chat history or any other evidence of the seller confirming receipt of returned item
